- Milk2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Ground beef800 g
- Salt to taste

- Lemon juice2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Place the yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Mix well with a spoon until the yeast dissolves.
- Add the warm milk and margarine, mixing well.
- Add the flour little by little, always mixing.
- Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until it has bubbles.
- Then divide the dough into balls and let rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Filling: Mix all the stuffing ingredients.
- Leave the stuffing inside a sieve for 30 minutes, to drain the excess liquid.
- Open the balls with the rolling pin, place the stuffing mixture with a spoon and close in the shape of a triangle.
- Place in greased and sprinkled pan and wait for it to rise.
- When doubled in volume, brush with egg yolk mixed with oil and put in the oven to bake. After it's ready and it cools down a little and just serve it.
