- Warm milk250 ml
- Warm water250 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Dry yeast10 g
- Wheat Flour800 g
- Add all ingredients (except wheat and salt) and mix well.
- Start to put the wheat flour little by little, add the salt and knead the dough well until it is very smooth.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a tea towel and let it rest in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Make balls with small portions of the dough and open with a rolling pin until discs are obtained. Place the stuffing of your choice (you can make it with ground beef or cooked chicken breast, shredded and seasoned). After placing the stuffing, join the ends to form a triangle.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
