  • Lasagna noodles package1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
  • Sliced ham200 g
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Olive100 g
  • grated cheese1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Minced Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract150 ml
  • Olive oil3 dessert spoon
  1. Preparation mode In a pan with boiling water, add the lasagna noodles with salt and let it cook for 5 minutes and set aside. In another pan, add the oil, the chopped onion and the minced garlic clove and let it cook for 2 minutes. When the onion and garlic are golden, add the ground beef, salt and tomato paste, cook for another 10 minutes.
  2. In a pan add in layers, first a ladle of ground beef, then add a layer of pasta, then a layer of mozzarella cheese and finally a layer of ham. Repeat the procedure until the filling and the dough fit in the mold. To finish, add the grated cheese and the olives, leave it in the oven preheated to 180°c until the cheese melts. Then serve 😋❤️
