- Pasta for lasagna1/1 kg
- Cooked ground beef200 g
- Boiled Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Sour cream400 g
- Corn and Peas to taste
- Olive to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ham250 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Grease the refractory with tomato sauce
- Beat the English potato with 200g of cream in the blender, for but less 3 minutes or until it is very homogeneous. Reserve
- Place a layer of pasta and a layer of meat in the refractory.
- Add a layer of the potato sauce and add the corn and peas, ham and cheese.
- Continue alternating in the same order until finished. Finish with cheese and olives.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for more or less 20/25 minutes.
- And it's ready to serve!
