Wheat flour1 cup
Whole milk1/2 cup
Corn or sunflower oil1 tablespoon
Sea salt to taste
Seasoned and braised ground beef300 g
White sauce1/2 l
shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup
Dried Oregano to taste

Prepare the pancake batter by beating the milk, eggs, wheat, oil and salt in a blender until smooth.
Bake the pancakes in an oiled nonstick skillet.
Stuff the dough with the minced meat and roll up. Place the pancakes in a container.
Cover them with the white sauce, sprinkle the cheese on top and finish with the oregano.
Put it in the oven to brown the cheese if you prefer.
