- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Oats or breadcrumbs1 tablespoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Gluten-free pasta500 g
- Homemade tomato sauce or ready-made sauce pack2 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and make balls.
- Fry the meatballs in a frying pan with olive oil, until they are well sealed, golden. Don't try to do debt in 2 or 3 parts at once.
- Cook the pasta in salted water for the time described on the package, until al dente.
- Use homemade tomato sauce, if not, sauté a seasoning to give the sauce a flavor. Then add your meatballs in this sauce and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Finish with green smell and put this sauce with meatballs over your already cooked and drained pasta. Enjoy your food! ><
