- Milk200 ml
- Oil30 ml
- Dry yeast for bread10 g
- Wheat (to the point, approximately 600 g)600 g
- In a bowl add the egg, salt, sugar, warm milk, oil and yeast and stir well, add the wheat until it reaches the point, the dough should be soft until it doesn't stick to your hands, don't overdo the wheat.
- Knead well with your hands, let it rest for 30 minutes, then seal it if you have it or knead it again very well with your hands until you get a smooth dough.
- Make the breads, put it in a shape and let it rise again for 30 minutes, then take it to the preheated oven at 200° for approximately 40 minutes.
