- Ground beef800 g
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped skinless and seedless tomatos2 to taste
- Green Smell1/2 cup
- Mashed boiled and squeezed cassava1 kg
- Milk1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste to taste
- In a pan, place the ground beef, oil and fry over medium heat until golden.
- Add the garlic, onion and sauté until softened.
- Add the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and fry until the water dries up.
- Remove from heat, mix in the green smell and chopped coriander.
- Place in a medium refractory and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the squeezed cassava, milk, butter, seasonings and mix.
- Spread the puree over the refogado, sprinkle with the mozzarella and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes or until the mozzarella melts.
