- Boiled and mashed potato500 g
- Ground duckling500 g
- Minced Garlic1 tablespoon
- Green Smell1/2 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Sea salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper and sweet paprika to taste
- Season the meat and add the potato. Mix everything with your hands and distribute in equal parts in the shape of a ball. Place in the freezer for 1 hour before baking. You can bake in the airfryer or oven for 40 minutes.
- You can fill it with cheese or hearts of palm. You can also freeze raw for 30 days.
