- Ground beef700 g
- Sour cream1 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Cheese300 g
- Salt20 g
- Pepper40 g
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce150 g
- Cuentro40 g
- liquid milk300 ml
- Cook the pasta, as explained on the package, and then place the pasta in ice water and let it rest.
- Then sauté the ground beef, tomato sauce, let it cook for 6 minutes and let it rest too.
- Melt the margarine with the flour and continue stirring. Then pour in the milk and cream, stirring more for 5 minutes.
- Then take a glass container, cover with the dough that was at rest and cover alternately with meat and cheese. Repeating the layers to the edge of the container and then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and the recipe is finished.
