  • Wheat flour1 cup

  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • liquid milk2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Water500 ml
  • Tomato Extract1 cup
  • Cheese300 g
  1. Cook the lasagna noodles in hot water and set aside.
  2. Now put in a pan, oil and garlic, heating and putting the meat to cook with salt and pepper. Add water and wait for the water to dry and add tomato paste, stir and cook for 10 minutes. Minced meat done.
  3. Now, for the white sauce, put the liquid milk, garlic, onion and wheat flour in the pan. Stir and mix until it becomes more thick and forms a white sauce.
  4. In a glass container, place the cooked pasta, the sauce, the ground meat, alternating and also placing slices of cheese, until the top of the container, this process. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes. Lasagna is ready.
