- pastry dough1 kg
- ground beef1 kg
- crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- oil1 l
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
- tomato paste1 unit(s)
- beef bouillon cube2 unit(s)
- salt to taste
- shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
- Heat a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil and the eye until golden. Add the ground beef, and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add the onion, tomato and pepper, sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add the beef stock, tomato paste and salt and cook for 10 minutes. Disconnect
- On a clean and dry surface, open the doughs and place small amounts of meat and cheese in each dough. Close with the aid of a fork.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and let it heat up. Fry the pastries and drain on paper towels.
