- water120 ml
- salt to taste
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and then the other ingredients of the recipe, kneading with your hands until you get a smooth and dry dough.
- Cut into small pieces for mini pizza
- Let it rest for 10 minutes
- After resting, open the dough into round discs, pierce the surface with a fork and let it rest for about 1 hr. Take it to the preheated oven and pre-bake the discs for 7 minutes, then mount the pizzas according to the flavor you want.
