Seasonings (oregano, paprika, salt)

Corn

Coriander

Garlic

Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Cozinhe o macarrão da forma convencional. Reserve. 

- Em uma panela/frigideira grande (tipo Wok por exemplo), adicione o azeite, um dente de alho triturado e refogue. 

- Quando estiver dourado acrescente o colorau, sal, orégano e mexa bem. 

- Junte o macarrão ao refogado, coentro e milho. Mexa.

- Finalize com parmesão ralado .

- Cook the pasta in the conventional way. Reserve.

- In a large pan/frying pan (Wok type for example), add the oil, a clove of crushed garlic and sauté.

- When it's golden add the paprika, salt, oregano and stir well.

- Add the noodles to the sauté, cilantro and corn. Mix.

- Finish with grated parmesan.
