- Ground beef400 g

- Pepper2 teaspoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Qualho cheese200 g
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour100 g
- liquid milk300 ml
- Sour cream100 g
- First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions and place it in a bowl of cold water until ready to assemble.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the meat. Add the onion and let it sauté until wilted. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
- To make the white sauce, in a pan, melt the butter, add the wheat flour and let it brown. Add the liquid milk, stirring constantly to avoid forming milk balls.
- When it acquires a creamy consistency, remove from the heat, add the cream and the sauce will be ready.
- In a container, place a portion of white sauce, covering with a layer of pasta and place the mozzarella cheese, qualho and the meat. Repeat the layers to the edge of the container and the lasagna is done.
