- Manioca Butter Beans100 g
- Tuscan sausage4 unit(s)
- Green, red, yellow bell pepper (each)1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)

- Green smell to taste
- Cumin1/2 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Spicy paprika1/2 coffee spoon
- Ground Saffron1/2 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste to taste
- Cook the rice with the Manioca butter beans in half a liter of water for 0:40 minutes
- Remove the skin from the sausage and sauté the pieces with the fat of the sausage itself.
- Add garlic, onion, peppers
- After the beans and rice are cooked, drain the water until dry.
- Throw the rice and beans into the sausage stew, then add cumin, black pepper, spicy paprika, saffron
- Mix well, turn off the heat, throw finely chopped chives on top and serve warm.
