- Sugar3 cup
- Squeeze all the lemons and put 3/4 in the blender, the rest keep
- Beat for 5 minutes the eggs, oil and 3/4 of the lemon juice and a cup of sugar.
- In a bowl, mix the change and yeast.
- Pour the contents of the blender into the wheat platter and mix until a homogeneous content is obtained.
- Unite a shape with wheat and oil and pour the dough / bake at 180° for 45 minutes
- The frosting throw 1/4 of the juice into a pan with a cup of sugar and mix until smooth.
- When the cake gets big put the frosting (pierce the cake with a fork to penetrate well) you can put grated lemon rinds to better decorate the cake
