- Black Sepia Pasta200 g
- Clean shrimp100 g
- Cherry tomato50 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Emmental cheese100 g
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as directed on the package until aldente.
- Season the prawns with salt and black pepper and place them in a frying pan with olive oil.
- Remove the prawns and enter with the tomato let it sauté well too
- Return the prawns together with the tomato, add the already cooked pasta (do not wash the pasta, remove it from the pan and add it) you can use a ladle of the cooking water
- Serve on a platter and finish with emmental cheese shavings.
