- First, let's dissolve the sugar in the yeast, add the milk, egg, oil and salt.
- Then, add the nest milk and mix.
- Now, add wheat flour until the dough does not stick to your hands.
- Then, let the dough rest for 30 to 40 minutes or until it doubles in volume, covered in a stuffy place. One option is to throw a dish towel over the buns and leave it in the oven (off).
- Finally, the finishing can be done with melted margarine and powdered milk.
- Then, just brush the melted margarine on the buns and then on the powdered milk .
- Then, bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- So after roasting you can sprinkle powdered milk on top of them. It's a very nice finish.
