- Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Chop onion and garlic and sauté in oil
- Then fry the seasoned chickens separately.
- Put the pasta on to boil until it reaches the right point for you.
- After browning the garlic and onion, add the tomato paste and a little water to make the sauce, add salt and pepper to taste. As you fry the chicken, add it to your sauce to incorporate. Drain the pasta and place in a refractory that you will use to put on the table.
- After all the chicken is fried and added to the sauce, hit the salt and let it boil for a few minutes. Finally, just add the sauce to the pasta and sprinkle fresh chives and Parmesan cheese on top. Serve it hot
