- Crack the egg into a bowl and beat well.
- Add the milk and sugar and mix until smooth, then add the flour until the mixture is homogeneous and not so liquid.
- In a frying pan put a little oil, just so it doesn't stick, and start frying the pancake portions. Do this with all the dough! You can eat it alone or with fruit.
