- Wheat flour300 g
- Sugar60 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast3 teaspoon
- Hot milk90 ml
- Butter/Margarine80 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Gem (brush)1 unit(s)
- In a soft bowl, add the flour, yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Add the melted butter, egg and warm milk. Knead the dough until it becomes a fluffy dough. (Beat with your hands or in the mixer).
- After beating, let it rest until it doubles in size.
- Divide the dough into 3 balls. Open each part as if you were going to make a pizza. I like to roll out the dough over the bottom of the pizza pan, this will make it easier to shape the flower.
- Cover the 1 dough with nutella or the stuffing you prefer (kiss, dulce de leche, chocolate cream). Then repeat the same step one more time. ATTENTION in the third dough there will be no stuffing because it will "close" our flower.
- Place a cup in the middle of the dough to make a "marking" then cut into 16 pieces. (watch the video)
- Choose two ends and turn the dough 3 times and then join the ends. Let it rest for 30 min and then brush the egg and bake for 25 min until golden.
