- Whole-grain yogurt170 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Oat bran2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- In a blender, place the natural yogurt, eggs, grated parmesan cheese and oat bran. Beat well until smooth.
- Add the chemical baking powder and mix gently with a spatula.
- Pour the contents of the blender into a greased bread pan floured with oat bran, leveling well.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, or until golden.
- Now all you have to do is unmold and taste your wonderful oatmeal bread with yogurt!
