- Milk1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 coffee spoon
- Grated Cheese1 to taste
- Mix everything in the blender, leaving the yeast last.
- When everything is beaten, mix in the yeast and beat quickly
- Then heat a frying pan greased with oil or butter and pour the ladle with the liquid mixture.
- Let it brown and turn the other side.
- Do this until all the liquid in the dough is used up.
- Then fill to taste and sprinkle parsley (optional)
