- Recipe
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Dry Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Water150 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion5 tablespoon
- Olive5 tablespoon
- Coriander2 tablespoon
- In a bowl put the wheat flour, yeast, sugar and mix well.
- Make a well in the center and add the water, oil and salt.
- With your fingertips, start mixing the ingredients until you get a uniform dough that slightly sticks to your hands.
- If necessary add a little more flour.
- Place the dough on the countertop and knead, sprinkling flour when necessary, the kneading should take about 15 minutes to obtain a smooth and elastic dough.
- Place the dough inside the bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rise for approximately 1h30 in a warm environment.(in the sun)
- As the dough rises, finely chop the ingredients.
- Leave the olives on a sieve to let them dry.
- When the bread has doubled in volume, place it on the floured bench, with your hands open the dough and spread the chopped ingredients.
- When you start to involve the ingredients, the dough will start to get wetter, so sprinkle lightly with flour and manipulate the dough so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- At this stage it seems that everything will go wrong, but don't give up, with a little flour the dough starts to return to normal.
- Shape your bread, let it rise in a closed and warm place for 40 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 30 minutes. Let cool
