- Cream of cottage cheese / Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- White Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil50 ml
- Watercress (soak)1 unit(s)
- Cherry tomatoes200 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Sanitize the supplies
- Finely chop the garlic and onion
- Sauté them in a medium pan with olive oil, salt, black pepper and red pepper
- Add the cans of tomato pelati and a spoonful of sugar
- Mix the penne with the sauce and add 3 cups of filtered water
- Let the dough cook for approximately 7 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure it is not sticking.
- Wash the watercress and season it with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
