- In a container, separate half of the wheat already mixed with the yeast.
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients until homogenized (except the wheat and the yeast)
- Then pour it into the wheat container and stir well, gradually adding the wheat and kneading the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands.
- Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
- Then model the breads and finally brush with the yolk and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.
