- In a bowl, mix the flour with the butter until it forms a wet crumb. Add salt and water and mix well. Finally, add the baking powder and mix until it forms a smooth and homogeneous mass. Use the dough to line a form with a removable background, including the sides. Reserve. Heat a medium pan with the oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté over medium heat until it wilts and becomes translucent. Reserve. In the blender, beat the cream with the cream cheese and the eggs until obtaining a homogeneous cream. On top of the dough that is in the form, add the sautéed onion. Cover the onion with the contents of the blender. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden.
