- Stuffing: ground beef and cheese00 to taste
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and add the warm milk little by little, when you can no longer stir with the help of the spoon, transfer the dough to a floured bench and knead very well (about 15 minutes).
- After kneading, let the dough rest for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- After this time, you can make the balls and shape them into an esfiha, as I did in the video: I take an amount of dough and open it with my fingers.
- With the shaped esfihas, you can now put the fillings of your choice, I used ground beef and cheese.
- Pass the esfihas to a greased shape with oil and cornmeal, if you don't have cornmeal, it can be wheat flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden around the edges.
- Cheese filling đ§ -approximately 250g of grated mozzarella cheese; -1 box of sour cream; - cilantro to taste.
