- Oil for frying to taste
- Cook the unpeeled potatoes, peel them while still hot and make a puree. Reserve.
- Cook the cod, drain, clean and cut into chips.
- Use a perfex and crumble the cod until it is completely shredded into threads.
- Cut the parsley into mincemeat Cut the finely chopped onion
- Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl while still hot, the shredded cod, the onion, the parsley, the salt, the white pepper, nutmeg, the egg and the olive oil little by little until everything comes together and a firm dough is formed; let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
