- In a blender, beat the eggs, orange juice, oil and sugar.
- Now with this mixture in a container, gradually add the sifted wheat flour. Mix well until the mass is homogeneous.
- Grease the mold with butter and flour. Bake in a preheated medium oven. For 35/40 minutes or until golden. A good breakfast option
