- spaghetti noodles1 kg
- water2 l
- oil3 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- Sauce: ground beef2 kg
- oil4 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- crushed garlic5 unit(s)
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- mixed seasoning1 coffee spoon
- beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- tomato paste3 cup
- coriander1 unit(s)
- sour cream2 can(s)
- grated parmesan cheese2 unit(s)
- In a pan put the water, salt, oil. As soon as it boils, pour the pasta. Cook for 8 minutes. Drain and reserve
- Sauce: In a pan add the garlic and oil and let it brown. Add the ground beef and salt, mixing well, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the onion, the mixed seasoning, the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
- Put the tomato paste, the cilantro. Cook for another 10 minutes. It has to have a very creamy sauce. Add the cream and let it boil for 5 minutes. Disconnect
- Place the pasta on a platter, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Put it in the oven just to melt the cheese.
