Ingredients: 1 kg spaghetti noodles; 2 l water; 3 tablespoon oil; to taste salt; 2 kg Sauce: ground beef; 4 tablespoon oil; to taste salt; 5 unit(s) crushed garlic; 1 unit(s) chopped onion; 1 coffee spoon mixed seasoning; 1 unit(s) beef bouillon cube; 3 cup tomato paste; 1 unit(s) coriander; 2 can(s) sour cream; 2 unit(s) grated parmesan cheese

spaghetti noodles1 kg
water2 l
oil3 tablespoon
salt to taste
Sauce: ground beef2 kg
oil4 tablespoon
salt to taste
crushed garlic5 unit(s)
chopped onion1 unit(s)
mixed seasoning1 coffee spoon
beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
tomato paste3 cup
coriander1 unit(s)
sour cream2 can(s)
grated parmesan cheese2 unit(s)

In a pan put the water, salt, oil. As soon as it boils, pour the pasta. Cook for 8 minutes. Drain and reserve
Sauce: In a pan add the garlic and oil and let it brown. Add the ground beef and salt, mixing well, cook for 10 minutes.
Add the onion, the mixed seasoning, the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Put the tomato paste, the cilantro. Cook for another 10 minutes. It has to have a very creamy sauce. Add the cream and let it boil for 5 minutes. Disconnect
Place the pasta on a platter, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Put it in the oven just to melt the cheese.
