- Wheat flour3 cup
- Butter or margarine150 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Egg Yolk (for brushing)1 unit(s)
- Warm water1 cup
- Stuffing of your choice to taste
- In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt and vinegar.
- Knead well until the dough obtains a homogeneous mass.
- Wrap the dough in cling film or plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with the rolling pin on a flat and floured surface, cut it into 20 pieces, distribute the filling, close the pastries and brush with the yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
