- For the dough, place the flour in a bowl, placing the cream and salt in the middle around it.
- Then mix everything by hand. And book.
- For the stuffing, take a pan, add oil and onion, frying it until golden. Then add the ground beef and salt. Cook until the meat changes color and it releases liquid, waiting to cook until dry.
- Then cut the pastry dough into triangles, as in the picture. Open the dough and add the ground meat made inside the pastel, and with a fork close the dough.
- Now grease a baking sheet, distribute the pastries and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 15 minutes. Then serve.
