- Recipe
- Rice500 g
- sausage300 g
- Prato Cheese or Mozzarella50 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Cook the rice and drain normally
- Sauté the sausage and add the green corn, peas and tomato sauce
- In a refractory mix the reflgado with the rice and grated Parmesan cheese.
- To finish, place a layer of mozzarella cheese or Pratov on top in order to cover all the rice
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) until the cheese melts.
