- leftover cooked white rice4 cup
- Heavy cream2 can(s)
- leftover shredded roast beef1 cup
- diced carrot1 cup
- drained peas1 can(s)
- cream cheese8 tablespoon
- grated mozzarella cheese8 tablespoon
- grated provolone cheese8 tablespoon
- chopped parsley2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese4 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
- black pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix the rice, Heavy cream, meat, carrots, peas, cottage cheese, mozzarella, provolone, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and spread in a refractory.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan and breadcrumbs mixed together.
- Place in a preheated high oven for 15 minutes to brown. Serve immediately.
