- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Corn husk for rolling. to taste
- Grate the cobs on a grater of your choice.
- Add the margarine, salt and sugar.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Wash the corn husks and let them dry.
- Use two sheets of corn husks and place one on top of the other to make something like a cylinder.
- Put the corn dough.
- Tip: Add pieces of cheese if desired.
- Close the straws and tie a string.
- In a large pot, bring water to boil and when it is boiling, place the pamonhas.
- Leave on fire for about 40 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let the excess water drain and then serve.
