  • Wheat2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Mix the wheat with the yogurt until you get a smooth dough, similar to bread dough.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out with a rolling pin so that it is round the size of the skillet (I used a medium). Grease the non-stick frying pan with olive oil, place the dough and with the low fire cover the frying pan, leave for two minutes. Turn off the fire, turn the dough, pass tomato sauce and put the desired stuffing. Use creativity!
