- Seasoned ground beef of your choice500 g

- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oregano (optional) to taste
- Ham/cheese to taste
- Lard / olive oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- For the dough, add the milk, water, lard, salt, eggs, oregano and wheat flour (little by little) to the blender.
- In a skillet greased with a little lard or oil, add 2 ladles of the dough. Once ready, fill them the way you prefer. I put ground beef, ham and cheese. I made the ground beef with garlic, onion, Bahian seasoning, salt, pepper, coriander and parsley. Then, put some tomato sauce in the pan and grated parmesan on top and bake them in a preheated oven at 180° or in a frying pan for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
