- Wheat250 ml
- Milk250 ml
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Stuffing of your choice ground beef or chicken1 to taste
- Tomato sauce extract1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella1 to taste
- Dough Preparation: Beat the milk, wheat, eggs, oil and salt to taste in a blender for 3 minutes.
- In a frying pan add the oil and put a quantity of dough to make the pancakes, keep doing it until you run out of dough.
- When the dough is ready, fill it with your favorite stuffing and make rolls.
- Done that, put the pancakes in a shape, make a tomato sauce and put it on top of the pancakes.
- Then add mozzarella on top and take it to the oven until the mozzarella melts.
