- Wheat flour3 cup
- Eggs1 unit(s)
- Milk4 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Seasoning to taste
- Ground beef500 g
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Oil1 teaspoon
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- For the pancakes: 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of milk and an egg.
- Mix everything or hit the blender, if the dough is too thick add more milk.
- Prepare pancakes as usual and set aside.
- White sauce: in a pan, place the margarine, milk and remaining flour, mix everything and bring to a boil until thickened and set aside.
- In a pan put a thread of oil, the ground meat, seasoning and sauté well, with tomato and onion.
- Add the tomato paste, fry a little more and add water to cover and bring to a boil.
- In a mold or refractory, put some of the sauce, the pancake dough and intersperse layers. Put it in the oven just to brown the cheese and that's it.
