- FILLING In a large pan put the seasonings and oil, let it sauté a little!! Put the ground meat, mix well and sauté, add tomato, tomato pulp and let it boil and finally finish with parsley!!
- PASTA Pour the eggs, milk, oil and salt, let it beat for about 2 minutes!
- Add the flour little by little and let it beat for another 2 minutes!
- Then grease the skillet and wait for it to heat up!! With a not too full shell put the dough and spread it!!
- Let it fry and turn!!
- Do this until you run out of dough!
- MOUNTING Grease the roast, put it wet with stuffing and put the pancake dough, the cheese!! Repeat until finished!! Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes!!
