  • Milk400 ml
  • Wheat Flour400 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Beetroot1 unit(s)
  • Butter for greasing to taste
  1. In the blender, place the eggs, milk, wheat flour, salt and beat everything very well.
  2. Pour half the dough onto a platter.
  3. In the other half put the carrot and beat. Put that half on a platter.
  4. In the other half put the beet and beat.
  5. Unite a skillet with butter and put the pancake dough.
  6. Continue this process until you finish the dough, greasing the skillet if necessary.
  7. Put the stuffing you prefer and roll up.
  8. Put the sauce and cheese on top and take it to the oven until gratin the cheese. Serve next.
