- Wheat Flour400 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Beetroot1 unit(s)
- Butter for greasing to taste
- In the blender, place the eggs, milk, wheat flour, salt and beat everything very well.
- Pour half the dough onto a platter.
- In the other half put the carrot and beat. Put that half on a platter.
- In the other half put the beet and beat.
- Unite a skillet with butter and put the pancake dough.
- Continue this process until you finish the dough, greasing the skillet if necessary.
- Put the stuffing you prefer and roll up.
- Put the sauce and cheese on top and take it to the oven until gratin the cheese. Serve next.
