- Salt, black pepper, pepperoni, hot paprika, and green smell to taste

- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup

- Tomato sauce to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Fry the onion and garlic and add the meat. Mix well and add the seasonings and carrots. Cover the pan and lower the heat to cook. Add the tomato paste and a little water. Let it cook a little longer, turn off the heat and add the green smell.
- For the dough, mix everything in a blender. In a heated skillet greased with olive oil or oil, place a shallow ladle of the dough, wait for it to brown slightly and turn. Repeat the process with all the dough. For assembly: Place a little stuffing on one end of a pancake disc and roll up carefully. Arrange them on a platter and cover with tomato sauce and grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
