- Papardelle pasta250 g
- Ground beef (duckling)300 g
- Mayonnaise1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Onion, garlic and dried parsley1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce500 g
- Combine the meat with the mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix until you incorporate everything very well and sleep balls.
- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the meatballs, add the sauce, lower the heat and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Correct the salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package. Remove the pasta from cooking and put it straight into the sauce.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
