  • Papardelle pasta250 g
  • Ground beef (duckling)300 g
  • Mayonnaise1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Onion, garlic and dried parsley1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tomato sauce500 g
  1. Combine the meat with the mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix until you incorporate everything very well and sleep balls.
  2. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the meatballs, add the sauce, lower the heat and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Correct the salt and pepper, if necessary.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package. Remove the pasta from cooking and put it straight into the sauce.
  4. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
