- Papardelle400 g
- Filet mignon in strips300 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola80 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Salt, pepper and thyme to taste
- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the meat, season with salt and black pepper to taste, add the onion and brown.
- Enter with the gorgonzola and cream. Mix until it boils and the cheese dissolves completely.
- Cook the pasta only in salted water for the time indicated on the package. Remove from the cooking water and transfer directly to the sauce pan. Add a ladle of the cooking broth. If necessary, adjust salt and pepper. Finish with thyme sprigs.
