- Pappadelle200 g
- Tuscan sausage150 g
- Paris mushroom (fresh) sliced150 g
- Onion, diced50 g
- Parmesan150 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Fresh cream300 g
- Dry white wine50 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper to taste1 to taste
- Chopped Parsley1 to taste
- Heat a skillet and add the butter and onion until wilted, becoming translucent.
- Use only the meat (stuffing) of the sausage. Add it to the skillet and let it cook well.
- Deglaze with white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the mushrooms and wait until they wilt.
- Add the cream and let it reduce.
- Season with salt and black pepper, add the Parmesan, correct the salt and finally add the chopped parsley. Serve immediately. Enjoy your food!
